3. Analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, to measure visits. We have configured it so that your IP address is not passed on to Google, browser details are reduced, Google Signals, advertising features and Google's data sharing settings are switched off, and analytics data is kept for no longer than 2 months. We use analytics only to see, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
- Visitors in the European Union and European Economic Area (and the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar): analytics stays off until you click Accept. If you click Decline or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.
- Visitors elsewhere, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland: analytics is on by default. In the UK this relies on the exemption for cookies used only for statistical purposes. You can switch it off at any time, free of charge, with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
- If we cannot tell which country you are in, analytics stays off.
- Browser privacy signals: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as an opt-out and analytics stays off.
You can change your choice at any time: . When you withdraw consent we stop analytics and delete the analytics cookies from your browser.
4. Cookies and browser storage
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| pc | Strictly necessary | Remembers your privacy choice | Up to 180 days |
| cf_consent | Strictly necessary | Passes your privacy choice to our analytics loader (Cloudflare Zaraz) | Persistent, until it expires or you clear your cookies |

- Our email provider, accountants and advisers, where needed to answer you or meet legal obligations.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We and some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred there, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK extension and the Swiss-U.S. framework) where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards.

- Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, normally up to 7 years.
- Emails and support requests: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they relate to an order.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;

9. Security
The website runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), we use reputable providers, and we limit access to personal data to what is needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires.
