These terms apply when you buy Dating in Colombia from Sara Colombia (SaraColombia.com). Please read them before you buy.
1. Seller

2. The product
Dating in Colombia: A man's guide to culture, connection and lasting relationships is a digital ebook in PDF format (96 pages, English). It is delivered by download link. Nothing is shipped.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the website in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip and its payment processors. Your contract is formed when your payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
You receive a download link right after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or email our email address (shown when JavaScript is enabled) and we will resend it.
5. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, email our email address (shown when JavaScript is enabled) within 7 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with, and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how quickly they appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Your statutory rights (EU, EEA and UK consumers)
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download starts, if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By choosing instant download you request immediate delivery. Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
7. Your license
When you buy the guide you get a personal, non-transferable license to read it on your own devices. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or distribute the file or its content. All content, text and images remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Educational content

9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the guide is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, for consumers, mandatory consumer protections.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows.
